You analyse and develop your current processes together with our experienced consultants. Together, you will create an ideal process for your current requirements and any requirements that may be expanded as part of the LAGO implementation. The consultants identify any necessary changes in the data modelling and any required adjustments to the interfaces to tools used in your company. After agreeing on the planned process, key users are trained by our training team in the necessary process steps. This takes place conveniently on your premises or via several web sessions. Within the framework of a pilot production accompanied by us, the process is worked through exemplarily by key users. After production has started, consultants and trainers are available for further requirements and enquiries.
